EATING is LIFE / FOOD CORNER

*Most of us really loves Eating....Eating and eating and
eating non
stop eating. When ever we see any kind
of food in front of us we could not stop our self not to test the it. Never mind the diet or the money we spend...EATING IS LIFE...

























FOOD COURT


DINENGDING na Gulay WITH BANGUS


Ingredients:

1 milk fish (grill)
squash leaves
string beans (cut)
eggplant (cut)

small winter melon

salted fish (bagoong)
1 onion

1 garlic

pinch of MSG

Preparation:

*Saute garlic wait until it turn to brown. Add the string beans and a 4 cups of water (minimum). Put the onion. Let it simmer until the string beans were half cook or until 10 minutes then put salted fish (filter), then add pinch of MSG. Add grill fish, cook for 3 minutes then put the eggplant cook for 2 minutes. Add the squash flower (low fire), cook for 2-3 minutes then ready to SERVE.....

BATSHO NI PAPANG (UPO)


Ingredients:
1 pc. upo (chopped)*small rectangular size -- "basta kahit anong shape basta yon n yon"
1/2 kilo pork (sliced)

1 onion (sliced)

1 garlic (sliced)

2 tbs. atsuete (mix in water then remove the seeds)

1/2 cup salted fish

pinch of MSG
pinch of salt

1 pack Magic sarap or any seasonings you want "basta ako Magic sarap" (small size)


Preparation:

*Saute the meat in a small amount of oil wait until it turns brown then add garlic, onion and the bottle gourd cook for 2 minutes. Add atsuete juice. Add salted fish, magic sarap, and a pinch of MSG to taste. Cook until the bottle gourd is soft...then SERVE


CHICKEN CURRY

Ingredients:
1/2 k. chicken (chopped)
1 small tomato carrots (cut into strips)
potato(cut into strips)

4 pcs. green chill/green bell pepper
1 onion
ginger (crushed)
curry powder

salt, black pepper

evaporated milk (small can) / 4 tbs. powdered milk

chicken cubes

turmeric powder

4-6 tbs lemon juice

1 tbs. oil


Preparation:

*Saute union (without oil) wait until little brown then add oil. Put ginger, then add the chicken. Then add water for the chicken to cook. Add the chicken cubes. In a cup put the curry powder and add some water for it to dissolve then add do it also with the turmeric powder dissolve in water then add (small amount only). Let it boil then add the mushroom and milk and salt. cook for 2 minutes then add lemon juice.....SERVE


Twister

















Ingredients:

Chicken breast cut into strips

red chilly powder

lemon juice

vinegar

salt to taste

garlic crushed

ginger crushed

*Marinate for 1 hour or more


Coating:

4 spoon white oat

1 spoon corn starch

2 spoon flour #1

egg beaten (depends on you)


Preparation:
*Deep fry after coating
Dressing: mayonnaise catsup black pepper salt "SERVE"


SPICY ADOBONG PUSIT


Ingredients:

1 kilo pusit (diced)

1 tomato

1 onion
crushed
1 garlic (crushed)

ginger (crushed)

3-5 pcs. green chili pepper (cut into wedges)

5-7 pcs. kalamansi ( juice)

salt to taste
pinch of black pepper
pinch of MSG (vitsen)


Preparation:

*Clean the squid and set aside.
*Saute the onion (without oil) wait until little brown then add oil. Add the garlic then add the pusit (squid) stir fry for 4 minutes the add 2 cups of water. Wait until it boils. Then put all the seasonings and fill it on your desired taste. Let it simmer for 5 minutes...SERVE
