Crispy Shrimp

Ingredients:
20 jumbo shrimps
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. garlic crushed
1/2 tsp black pepper

For Coating:
Bread crubs
2 egg
flour
1tbsp. oatmeal
1 tsp. ajinomoto ginisa shrimp flavor

Preparation:
*Remove skin and head except tail, remove the dark veins, cut longitude to tail spread the shrimp, flatten until thin layer.
*Combine oil, lemon,juice, garlic, vinegar,and black pepper, mixwell, pour over shrimps, refregerate for 1/2 hour.
*Dry each piece by clean towel, cover with flour, egg, bread crumbs, oatmeal, shrimp flavorfor 1/2 hour.
*Deep fry over moderate heat.
