Meat with Broccoli
Ingredients:
2 cups meat, cubed
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup baby carrots
1/3 cup yellow pepper
1/3 cup chopped onion
salt, lemon to taste

Preparation:

* Season meat with salt and lemon, combine with onion, let stand for 2 hours.
* Combine meat mixture with remaining vegetables, put in aluminum foil, tightly closed, cook in a hot oven for 1 1/2 hours, open the aluminum, continue cooking until dry.
